We have founded Kyoto along the Kamo River, a rich river basin with flood plains, wheat, shielded grasslands, mountains, and horse hills. We will use our productive location to rapidly expand into the surrounding area, and make claim to our rightful heritage. Our Worker is protected by a Ghuzz Conscript.

Kyoto and the
End of an Age

With one last Settler, all the native lands of Japan will be settled, including the Eastern Lands Across the Sea. Meanwhile, the Chinese to the north have become increasing restive. Tokugawa will order a switch to military production, and so end the Age of Peaceful Expansion.
