Cleopatra uses the whip sparingly. Only in dire necessity does she resort to despotic rushing. But the settlers on the borderlands knew that this might be necessary if we were to establish a piece of Egypt so close to Japan.

Continuing our crash program, Egyptian scientists discover literature. Cleopatra is determined to collect all the knowledge of Egypt and the world. Thebes will build a Great Library.

We end our crash scientific program (science 20%), and increase gold (60%). We will keep luxuries relatively high (20%) so that the population of Thebes can grow.
