Two Egypts

There were two Egypts; the East and the West. They are now tied together under a single Pharaoh, Cleopatra.  The only problem is the proximity of the ancient and venerable capital of Old Japan. We strongly garrison the border towns. Only Nara will be in constant threat of revolt, due to overlapping cultural borders.

Our galley fleets guarantee the freedom of the straits and join the two Egypts together as one nation.

Hakodate

There are only a few who still practice the olds way. Nearly all have converted to Egyptian culture.
